Parents (i.e. Fathers) To Be Shamed Absent parents who refuse to pay maintenance for their children could be named and shamed under plans to reform the Child Support Agency (CSA).
Measues include:
Imposing a curfew
Removing passports
Allowing C-MEC to take money out of bank accounts
Using latest available tax information
Charging absent parents for the costs of tracking them down
Information sharing with credit reference agencies
Naming and shaming

Fine publish but how does policy equate with secrecy in the family courts/ star chambers/ Diplock Courts of NI?
Publish me. I have paid 38 pounds since 1996 and don't pay for the abuse of my own children.
neither council tax or court orders.

About time, fathers need to support their children whether they see them or not. As long as the mother is not stopping them seeing their children. They should be ashamed. In the USA its a social faut pas big time not to pay child support.
